The pools looked clean, but the food service was a disaster during my stay.

I was quite disappointed with the lack of wifi in the rooms, which is almost basic for modern hotels. There were no towels available at the pool or beach, which made it very inconvenient. Additionally, many areas of the resort really could benefit from a complete renovation, making the ambiance feel less welcoming than I had anticipated.

My stay at Borg El Arab Beach Resort was wonderful! The property is clean and well-maintained, with a stunning private beach featuring beautiful white sand and clear blue water. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. I particularly loved the vibrant pools that kept my kids entertained, and the diverse selection of food was a highlight too, especially the delicious local dishes. The beachfront room provided fantastic sea views and a lovely terrace for some relaxation.

The internet connectivity could be better.

The culinary experience at the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable, offering a good variety and I appreciated the effort made by the Executive Chef.

The facilities, especially the bathrooms, are in urgent need of maintenance. broken fixtures were quite noticeable during my stay.

We had an amazing four-night stay where the kids loved the vibrant pools, and we enjoyed the beach access for some relaxation. The outdoor pool and spa services were perfect after a long day of fun. Although the breakfast menu was the same each day, everything else about the place made our stay memorable. 😊

I recently spent 2 nights here with my family and loved the vibrant pools, which were perfect for the kids. The staff went above and beyond, especially Mr Adel at the reception, who helped us find lost belongings after check-out, showing genuine care for our experience. However, the dining options were hit or miss. while there was plenty of variety, some dishes could be improved for better quality.

Wi-Fi access was another issue. it was only available in public areas and struggled during busy times. I faced a frustrating situation at check-in, where the charges seemed excessive for having extra guests. This left a sour taste despite the enjoyable aspects of my stay. Staff were friendly, especially Engy and Hala at the front desk, who ensured my stay was smooth. A kids club could enhance the family experience significantly, as it was notably missing during my visit.
